X-Trader: Understanding The Market Depth Window

The market depth window allows you to rapidly enter, exit and track the liquidity of the markets at different price levels.

The market depth screen is organized into three sections:

1. Trade Configuration
This section indicates how many contracts per trade you'll be using each time you trade and allows you to place stop limit orders.

2. Trade Management
These buttons permit you to immediately exit your position, delete all resting orders or delete either resting bids or resting offers.

3. Price and Volume Table
This section indicates where the market is currently trading, the amount of contracts traded at that price, and the size of resting bids and offers above and below the current price. More importantly, this table allows you to quickly enter trades to buy and sell the market with a single click of the button.

To continue learning about X-Trader, see how to enter the market with X-Trader.
