CTS Studies For CQG:
Preferred Indicators Developed By Leading CQG Programmer Brian Bell
For The CQG For Windows Platform

Before starting Custom Trading Solutions, Inc. (CTS), Brian Bell spent more than a decade as an architect/designer for CQG, Inc., creators of CQG for Windows trading platform. Using CQG for Windows (many of whose features stem from his own research and trading requirements), Brian developed and tested thousands of custom studies, conditions and trading systems.

Brian recently assembled a library of his favorite and most popular trading indicators for use on the CQG for Windows platform. These indicators result from his years of painstaking research and testing spent determining what does and doesn't work.

As one of today's best technical researchers, we're pleased to introduce our clients to some of Brian's "CTS Studies for CQG":

Turning Point Oscillator (TPO) and X-Points
This Turning Point Oscillator is designed to signal when the market is about to reverse, so you can enter and exit the market with limited risk. Additionally, you'll have access to Brian's X-Points indicator, which plots the prices at which TPO cross-over signals will occur, helping you to anticipate market reversals. Many traders use this indicator to trade the E-Mini S&P 500 and E-Mini Nasdaq.

  Cosine and Cyclical Indicators
Understanding where the current price is in relation to broader market cycles can be an extremely effective tool for identifying potential market reversals. That's precisely what the Cosine and Cyclical Indicators attempt to do, providing a confirming indicator for Brian's other trading tools. And although trading with market cycles normally requires a great deal of subjective judgment, these tools actually measure the strength of the cyclical component of the market.

  Market Tension Indicator
Seasoned traders know that all price breakouts to new highs or lows are not the same - how do you know whether a breakout signals the start of a new trend or simply a false start? Using Brian's Market Tension indicator, you can spot market conditions that are more likely to lead to valid breakouts and significant price trends.

  Trend Warning Line Indicator
One of the most frustrating aspects of trend trading is the sharp reversals that can occur when the trend is finished, resulting in significant losses. Brian's Warning Line Indicator works to identify when a strong trend is losing steam, giving you the opportunity to close out trades before it's too late.

In addition, you'll gain access to zero-lag moving averages, pivot point studies and other technical tools. Support and guidance for CTS Studies comes straight from Brian himself and clients with STS receive a special price when they sign up to use these studies.
