Trading Services, LLC is required to provide our clients with this Privacy
Policy Notice. We value and respect the trust our clients place in us when they
divulge private information filling out Customer Account Documents. It is our
pledge to protect the personal information you have supplied to us and ensure
the privacy of that information.
Pursuant to 17 C.F.R Part 160, Spike Trading Services, LLC
hereby provides the following Notice to our clients who have established or are
soon to establish a trading account. This notice is a summary of the
information that is collected, how we handle that information, and how that
information is protected.
